Highly recommended!!! The place is so beautiful and cozy, it’s in the mountainsbe careful driving at night as there are deers and wildlife around. When enter, you take shores off when you go in and you sit down on tatamivery cozy setting. We went there quite late but they were still happy to have us! We were the only customer there at that time. The service was amazing! We didn’t speak much Japanese..so everything was all based on translation but it worked out ok for us. The food was so delicious and the portion was just right they offer set menus and the food is freshly prepared and made after ordering. The set menu b comes with chicken starter (sooo good!!), chicken and some local veggie for grill, chicken soup, rice ball, soba noodles, tea and pickle veggies (little dish)quite a feast!! The rice ball was huge and so yummy, and the chicken soup was different but delicious! Also the soba noodles were also great tooeverything was perfect The lady served us was so patient with us, she used her translator to explain every dish! The best was the owner, he was so kind and friendly to greet us and sat down with us for a drink even we could not speak much Japanese ! He even cooked us some extra chicken and they were soooo juicy and delicious!! Please note this restaurant is Cash only, there are space for a few cars to park at the front of the restaurant.
