We got here right before the dinner rush, so the food was a little slow, but 100% with the wait. I started with the Jade Spritz which could have benefitted from a little more kiwi and a little less vodka imo, but I'm a lightweight, so do with that what you will. For an app, we split the pork bao, which had a delightful crust on the bottom, but didn't lose their pillowiness on top. The dipping sauce was pleasantly viscous with a strong scallion flavor that cut the riches of the meat perfectly. We ordered the beef pho and the Taiwanese fried chicken. The pho was umami perfection and infinitely customizable with a wide range of toppings. We went with marinated egg, butter, garlic chili oil, and pork belly. It came out hot and fresh with no mush to the noodles at all. The chicken was tender and moist with a decent crust and a sweet chili sauce that also topped the ginger rice. Portions were exceptional for the price (by airport standards, of course). But if you order one thing, get the yuzu donuts. Oh my God. I don't even have words for the ecstatic cascade of flavors. Imagine my disappointment to learn that this is the only Noobar location! Would eat here gladly anytime I travel! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered takeout from a restaurant located right in front of my departure gate. Since the gate wasn't opening for another 10 minutes, I sat at a table and ate for about 5 minutes while waiting. However, a female staff member approached me and complained, asking why I was eating there if I had ordered takeout, saying it would make a mess. I immediately wiped the table clean for them, left the seating area to wait for my flight, and ended up throwing the rest of my food away. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Came for breakfast, ordered the pork roll bagel. Pork was so thin you could practically see through it. Basically uncooked bagel, egg, some American cheese, and a whisper of pork for $17. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
