Ordered 2x build your own boxes, was told I could add 5 veg but was never told bean shoots were extra. The bean shoots weren't fresh so I didn't want to pay extra for them so asked to remove them from my order and the lady yelled at me "WELL I CAN'T CHANGE ANYTHING NOW SO I WILL HAVE TO CANCEL IT AND DO IT AGAIN" I hadn't paid yet so shouldn't have been such an inconvenience. Anyway I get back to the car to wait and see she didn't add garlic so I called and said she didn't put garlic back on the order and how she was so rude to me and he said "Yes she was rude because you kept picking and picking items" It's literally an item on the menu to be able to build your own box??? How could I have done that without picking which items I wanted??? Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Arrogant and incompetent staff & management. Clearly made an order, and the staff not only put it through incorrectly, but when confronting the manager, his response was "Ok". Not even a simple "I'll fix it for you". Absolutely ridiculous. This isn't the first time dealing with this specific store, they've provided pathetic customer service for years, even back when they were at Altona Gate Shopping Centre. Best to go elsewhere if you want better customer service. Don't bother wasting money at this franchise. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked for my phone order placed by my husband and was bluntly told “he called the wrong store”. Seriously? We’re locals and have ordered from here many other times, but thats just rude.Noodle Box Altona, if you’re so inundated with orders, please do not make up lies.
