I had a disappointing experience at Noodle Box. The noodles were bland and overcooked, the vegetables felt soggy, and the portion didn’t justify the price. Service was slow despite the place not being busy. Overall, it missed the mark on both flavor and value. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. The quality issues you've described with the noodles and vegetables, along with the concerns about portion size and value, are disappointing to hear. We also understand your frustration with the wait time, especially when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. If you'd like us to investigate your visit further, please email us at help@aterewards.com.au with your order details. We appreciate your honest feedback and the opportunity to improve.
