Having had Lan Zhou many times throughout the world, the quality and taste exceeded expectations! And the dumplings were perfect - went non traditional and had the pork and truffle XLB (soup dumplings) and then traditional steamed pork dumplings. The skin was perfect ratio to meat; the noodles and dumplings wrappers taste freshly made. I'm a snob about these things and generally only like hand pulled. Great find! If you want a more authentic taste and experience, if you're a true foodie, you need to come check this place out. The staff was so nice and the restaurant was very clean. Would definitely come here many times over. Try to come in person vs ordering to go because you'll get to enjoy the food fresh and not soggy in the way it was meant to be. For those who care: good Kelvin lighting and relaxing country music. Things not common in a Chinese restaurant that I appreciate here. And you can try your luck at a couple of crane games with the kids!
