This little Vietnamese restaurant is a true gem. We had the pho combinations. The rich broth, tender meat, and fresh herbs made it really delicious. But what makes this place special is the owner, a sweet Vietnamese auntie who treats every customer like family. She came by our table to make sure everything tasted right and even shared a little story about the restaurants and her family. We are from California and were craving some pho. There aren’t many pho options in Lahaina so we settled on this one because the photos looked legit. Overall, the meal was very satisfying! Pho was a light, clear both and very flavorful. Egg rolls (called spring rolls on the menu) were super crispy and delicious. The waiter was super kind and food came out fast! If you are craving Vietnamese food, I would recommend here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great experience at Noodle! We were greeted by the friendly staff and seated right away at any table we wanted. We ordered the Combination fried rice and the Brisket pho with tripe. Both were really good. Lieu and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and kind. We’re coming back tomorrow for more food :).
