Hello Vinny, I checked on your order details and we couldn't identify it. Please send a rough timeline of your order. Apologies we did not meet your expectations. but to be clear we never use frozen veggies with our dishes. We pre-cut whole vegetables and pre cooked meat as per standards to be used with our dish preparation.Please share your order details at nbxmillbay@gmail.com.
