I’ve been wanting to come to this place for a while, the huge cuisine diversity on the menu made it a must destination. Yesterday, i finally got the chance to try it, and i’m only disappointed because it took me this long to go. A hidden gem is the best way to describe this place. It’s THE restaurant for every asian cuisine lover, having chinese, japanese, indian, thai, and korean dishes. I left this restaurant feeling like all my cravings and tastebuds were satisfied. The owner was very nice and friendly, his passion shined through his detailed explanations of each dish, which made our experience even better. We had shrimp dumplings, that we inhaled too fast hence why i forgot to take a picture. They were a light, warm, and comforting bite, which we greatly enjoyed. Then, for my personal star of the show, we had 16 pieces of sushi: salmon mango, sakura roll, flamed tuna, dragon eel. The explosion of flavors was unreal, genuinely one of the best “exotic” sushi i’ve ever tasted. I will be dreaming of that flamed tuna roll for a long time. We also had some beef bibimbap, which was really good but on the spicy side. A perfectly balanced spoon of crunchy vegetables, kimchi and tender beef combined with a runny fried egg on a bed of saucy rice. And finally, the owner generously offered us a half portion of chicken pad thai to try it. Silky noodles with a sweet tangy sauce topped with chicken and crunchy peanuts, a very good dish too. The ambiance is cozy, the place is small, nothing fancy, but it’s cute and comfortable. Everything is fairly priced for the quality you get (approx 20$ - 30$ depends on what you order) and portions are also good. This meal felt like a trip to 3 countries in one sitting. I had a wonderful dining experience at Noods n Rice in Byblos. The owner was exceptionally humble welcoming, and genuinely open to feedback which truly reflects his dedication to continuously improving the restaurant and its offerings. The staff member who served us was equally impressive , attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about her work, ensuring we were comfortable and fully taken care of throughout our visit. The food was outstanding with the Pad Thai being a personal favorite. I also really appreciated that they thoughtfully consider vegan options making the menu inclusive for different dietary preferences. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
