Had such an amazing brunch experience at Nook The vibes were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and the service was truly excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Definitely a place I will come back to again. The biggest issue with this place was the manager’s attitude and overall lack of professionalism. Completely dismissive toward customers, unhelpful when concerns were raised, and gave the impression that customer service was the last thing they cared about. A manager is supposed to improve the experience, not make guests feel uncomfortable or ignored. As for the brunch itself, it simply doesn’t justify the price compared to other brunch spots around Adliya. There are far better options in the area with better service, better hospitality, and a much more enjoyable overall experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
