The vanilla latte is exceptional. I make a special effort to go to Anstey at least once a week before work just to get a vanilla latte from the Nook Coffee shop. The little chocolate mice are fab too. The staff are friendly and professional and the coffee really is exceptional. Lovely little coffee shop and the service was fantastic. The cakes were lovely! Unfortunately the coffee wasn't great - the lattes weren't lattes and the cappuccino wasn't a cappuccino. It was very busy which did impact the atmosphere. If they took the time to understand what makes a latte and a cappuccino, this could be a 5* place, especially as the service was fantastic. We don’t often get complaints regarding the coffees so I’d be very grateful for you input, as to what you feel you received on your visit.
