At first glance, this restaurant doesn’t make much of an impression. It feels more like a cafeteria than a destination restaurant, and during our visit it was surprisingly quiet. That turned out to be misleading. The food was unexpectedly good. We tried the Chicken Tikka Masala, Kung Pao Chicken, and Chicken Fried Rice. All three dishes were well prepared, generously portioned, and full of flavour. The service was friendly and attentive as well. Sometimes the most unassuming places turn out to be the biggest surprises—and this was certainly one of them. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The portions are generous and the food is prepared with such attention to detail. Each element in every dish was perfectly executed. I was surprised to see Nasi Goreng on the menu and it tasted like it's made in an Indonesian warung. The mushroom soup could have done with more cream and mushroom, but I feel like the other things I ordered really eclipsed the shortcomings of the soup. The staff are friendly and attentive. I'm rarely impressed when I eat at hotel restaurants, but Nook has surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended.
