So I drive by the old Noonans and see Pub 31 on the building. Call the number they answer Noonans ( I think?) Ask if this is Pub 31. Stammered then asked "Do you want to come here?" I said yes she said we're closed. I laughed she said what was funny. I said good luck your going to need it. Don't bother this place doesn't know who they are or what they want to be! Send like same owners trying to revive the old..
