Extremely disappointing experience. Customer service is basically non-existent. The lady who handled my order was rude and unprofessional from start to finish. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Despite the long delay, there was no apology, only continued rudeness. To make matters worse, they still got my order wrong after all that waiting. The food itself was terrible. It tasted really bad and was honestly not worth the stress, time, or money. Norma used to be one of my favourite places when I lived in Lagos, which is why this experience is so shocking. Unfortunately, it seems the brand has seriously downgraded and now employs very low-quality staff with no regard for customer service or food quality. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this branch at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
