Marbella did a great job, she was very attentive and I like how she brought both mine and my mom’s meal together at the same time. Really bothers me when other restaurants bring one plate and then another 20 min later. Marbella got us our refills extra sauces and coffee creamers quickly and with good attitude she has very welcoming energy. I wanted a quiet, unpretentious place to grab a bite by myself on afternoon and decided to slide into a booth here. NORMS has that perfect, classic SoCal diner aesthetic that feels incredibly comforting. I ordered a classic double cheeseburger and fries, and everything was hot, fresh, and hit the spot. The waitress was absolutely lovely, keeping my coffee mug endlessly topped off without me having to ask. It's just a reliable, happy neighborhood staple. I love Norms Restaurant great quality food awesome customer service. In pricing very affordable for large portions of food. I would definitely recommend NORMS Restaurants 10 Stars if I can I love you norms!
