At first the prices seem fine. But my hashbrowns were cold and undercooked. Steak was mediocre. And it didn't really seem like they tried to butter the toast. Disappointing experience. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

So I wanted to order breakfast this morning after I left work. So I decided to call Norms in Lomita as I was approaching the PCH exit off the 405. The young lady that answered the phone put me on home once I asked to place an order. Never came back after approx. 5 min. so I hung up and called back. Once I'm able to place the order, she just gave off the sense that she was being bothered. I stayed polite the entire time but in the back of my head I'm thinking how I used to love this Norms restaurant. I think I'll just go to Dennys down the street (which is actually closer to my home) or find another Norms to patronize. The food is actually quite good though.
