horrible experience! very rude server I didn't even get her name, just like how my partner and I waited over an hour for our appetizer and never got it while tables that got there after us were getting theirs... maybe we weren't being taken seriously because we look young. asked for the tab to pay for the beer that my partner had and we were brought the tab with all the food we never got! then the server had us waiting even longer to get out tab fixed after clarifying that we had to go and were not paying for the whole tab. left cash on the table for the beer instead who knows how long we would've been waiting. in total we were there for an hour and a half and never got any food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1-Star Review — Horrible Experience at North Italia Absolutely horrible experience at North Italia. I came with my wife and two kids to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience started off terribly. The restaurant was practically empty, with easily 20 or more tables available, yet the two hostesses were extremely rude and unhelpful. We were told that the available tables were reserved, but they made no effort whatsoever to accommodate us, even though we had two young children and it was extremely hot outside. We simply asked if they could please accommodate us at another table, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The attitude from both hostesses was rude, dismissive, and made my family feel unwelcome. Because they refused to accommodate us, we ended up leaving without even eating at the restaurant. Imagine coming out to celebrate your wife’s birthday with your family and being treated this way. I honestly felt discriminated against and completely disrespected. I would never return to North Italia, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to anyone—especially families with children.
