. Very disappointing experience. I waited about an hour just to place my order, and when my Chicken Alfredo finally arrived, it was missing the chicken. I paid $31 for the meal, and then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix it. After all that waiting,The service was extremely frustrating, and the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience today. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

We had a wonderful dining experience at North Italia in Reston during Restaurant Week! It was clearly an incredibly busy night, and the restaurant was absolutely packed, so we completely understood that things were taking a little longer than usual. Despite how hectic it was, our server Caroline was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us some great recommendations that we ended up loving. Our food did take a bit longer than expected, but Caroline was proactive about checking in with us and genuinely apologized for the wait, which we really appreciated. She made sure we knew she hadn’t forgotten about us and continued to make us feel taken care of throughout the meal. Her attitude and service really stood out, especially during such a busy night. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and Caroline definitely made our experience even better. We’ll absolutely be back! Service: 5

Service is great. Quick, friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were delivered timely and tasted great. So glad to have North Italia so close by.
