Clients may order good chicken at North Point 66. The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Went there tonight at 9:27pm. The light were off like they were closed???? We are regular customers who frequently go to this store. The store has always closed at 10pm when did it start closing at or before 9:27pm? Thats early if you ask me.

*Editing this because I can't reply to the owners comments. Those guidelines you posted show y'all don't follow protocol. It clearly states that you must disguard tea that has sat out for 8 hours, yet your employees say they wait 48 hours all while that tea is sitting in an urn half of the time with no lid. The day I was in there, there wasn't a lid in the tea urn. Reteach your employees because obviously they think it's ok to let it set out for 48 to hours. Their tea from there tasted old. When I asked how long it had been sitting there they told me it was made the day BEFORE!! Then when I mentioned that tea shouldn't sit out more than 6 hours they said they were allowed to keep theirs for 48 hours. That is disgusting!! I will never drink their tea and now worry how nasty their food may be.

Thank you for the review, Amanda. I apologize for the incident. Here is the incorrect information about the process. We understand the following requirements and we will review our procedures. Thank you again for your comment. Handling Protocol & Food Safety Guidelines: Temperature Control: Immediately refrigerate brewed tea at 40°F (4°C) or below. Rapid Cooling: If the tea is hot, it must be cooled rapidly before sealing, or cooled quickly while sealed to prevent condensation inside the bag. Follow a two-stage cooling process: cool from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours, and to 41°F within 4 hours. Shelf Life: Refrigerated brewed tea should be consumed or discarded within 3 days. Storage Conditions: Keep the sealed bags in a clean refrigerator, away from strong-smelling items, to avoid flavor contamination. Labeling: Label every bag with the date of preparation to ensure it is used within the 3-day window. Spoilage Indicators: Inspect bags before serving; if the tea is cloudy, has a sour odor, or shows signs of mildew, it must be discarded immediately. No Reheating: Do not reheat brewed tea once it has been refrigerated. Avoid Sub-Ambient Storage: Do not store brewed tea at room temperature for more than 8 hours. Retail/Commercial Considerations: If this is for commercial dispensing, ensure the bags are food-grade and that the sealing process does not leave air pockets. The container/bag should not be vacuum-sealed if it is not immediately refrigerated, as lack of oxygen with a pH >4.6 can contribute to bacterial growth.
