Fried rice at Northern Flavors

After enjoying Portland State University, it may be a nice idea to visit this restaurant. Northern Flavors is recommended for the Chinese cuisine offered. You can order perfectly cooked wontons, beef and chicken chow mein. The cooks here prepare good pancakes. Visit this place for great milk tea.

This spot is good for people who have dinner in a hurry because they can order food as a takeaway. The knowledgeable staff welcomes visitors all year round. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. Reasonable prices at this restaurant are good news for its guests. You will certainly like the lovely atmosphere and nice decor. Northern Flavors scored 4.8 in the Google rating system.

I used to love this place SO MUCH, but the quality has gone down so much too. When they first opened, they were so friendly and accomodating. Now, the enviroment is sad and unwelcoming. Im very sad to say that I will not be eating here again. They had the most wonderful kimchi, but today when I ordered it (paying a dollar extra) they informed me at pickup that they no longer serve it there. I was not refunded the extra dollar, or compensated in any way. I was craving kimchi chicken noodles, not just plain chicken. I don't enjoy the service at tasty corner but currently they are more worth it for the extra menu items. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Karensa, we apologize for the confusion. We no longer serve kimchi noodles or kimchi rice, so kimchi is permanently off the menu. The extra $1 you were charged was for the extra egg you selected, which we included in your noodles. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and appreciate your past support.

Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! Came for dinner with a large group (including kids), and altogether we had - Dan Dan noodles, Youpo noodles, beef chow mein, General Tso’s chicken, orange chicken, Sesame chicken, crab Rangoon, steamed dumplings, and mango tea. The crab Rangoon and dumplings were incredible and everyone raved about how good their dish was. This will certainly be a foodie stop that we crave even when we head home to the East coast. Staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience all the better. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

We discovered Northern Flavors while searching for a new spot, and the 5-star reviews speak for themselves! The noodles were absolutely incredible, and even the takeout experience was phenomenal. The person working was extremely friendly. This is definitely going on our list of regular places!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
