I decided to give this place a try based on the positive reviews. However, my experience was very mid. I got the seafood gumbo, and for $15 I expected a more Quantity wise, it was lacking. I am a small girl and I had to supplement with my own food to have a whole lunch. Quality wise, it did not live up to expectations. The sausage had no chew and fell apart but not in a good way. The shrimp was in the gumbo whole, but did not have any texture. The soup itself lacked flavor and I had to add my own smoked pepper powder. The majority of it was rice. I wanted to like it a lot, and I was excited about this place before I tried it the attached photos are what I got. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Listen... I love me some breakfast food! Them pancakes were like butter when I cut through them! They were light, fluffy and a nice size! Now, the eggs were perfect.. not too hard or too soft.. We drove from Buffalo on Friday to support Northern Nola. Kris and her staff were very welcoming and gracious. Service was quick and the food was outstanding. We're already planning our return trip. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
