This place is pure magic. It’s beautiful, tasteful, intriguing and clearly created with love. Our 6YO was captivated- it has never been so easy to get her to walk for 1.5 KM. Encourages children and grown ups to use their imagination to the max. I believed in faeries by the time we left. Excellent story telling event while we were there and illuminated trail for winter. Can’t recommend enough - a unique, tranquil and inspiring day out.

This is a very special place to visit for myself and all my family, so we thought why not ask Carolyn if we can get married here! We did, and she said yes! It was such a beautiful wedding in July.... We pretty much left everything up to Carolyn and Christian and it was so perfect. We stayed in jollydays camping next to northwood trail and it was a true fairytale. They decorated the cafe area and marquee with ferns (my favourite foliage which they weren't aware of) fairy lights and laterns lit up the area by night...we had a spiritual blessing in the forest...simply magical. All the food was prepared on site by Christian and team and everyone at the wedding was blown away...wholesome food with amazing bursts of flavour which ive never tried before. Amazing wine and a perfect team who felt like extended family. It was the most perfect and magical evening and all our guests said they had never attended a wedding which felt so wholesome, grounded and simply magical just like a fairy tale...something from a page from an Arthur Rackham book. Northwood trail is magical in every sense and will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for everything Carolyn and Christian xxx
