A local told me about a long-established yakitori restaurant and I decided to visit it! I visited Yakitori Noshiro-san, which is about a 10-minute walk from Ise City Station. ・The unique flavor of the sauce is addictive. ・Easily order using the touch panel ・There are plenty of counter seats so you can feel safe drinking there ・Family-friendly tatami room available I entered the restaurant right after it opened on Saturday and was shown to a table, but after that, a steady stream of customers arrived and the seats quickly filled up. Yakitori comes in a variety of parts, and you can choose sauce or salt, and I've heard that the sauce on this yakitori is a bit unusual, but it's true that the flavor is richer than the usual sauce flavor. It tasted like a salty sauce with a bit of sourness, and the unique sauce that you can't find anywhere else was delicious (^^) *Tastes may vary. There are "Shichimi/Ichimi/Japanese pepper" on the table, so you can enjoy different flavors Since it was founded in 1972, I felt that it is a long-loved yakitori restaurant frequented not only by tourists but also by locals.
