Awesome place down at itoshima at the seaside. Chef is super friendly and has restaurant wisdom to share especially if spoken to in Japanese. He only uses local fish meaning it is super fresh and presented beautifully. He encouraged us to see the nearby seaside and shrine while he prepared but I should have stayed and watched him prep the fish. 10/10 would come again.
