I attempted to visit this location on 11/25/25 and had the door locked in my face by the nastiest employee. It was just about to hit 6:00 PM (their closing time) and I was not aware of that until after. A young lady with dark hair in an up-do was mopping and noticed me approaching and RAN to lock the door on me as fast as she could. She didn't even make eye contact, just acted like I was a nonentity. If she would have just said "Sorry, we're closed", I would have apologized and left immediately. I understand, I work up until closing hours at my own job and I won't offer any services once it hits that end time. But I have NEVER locked the door in someone's face and then proceeded to ignore their existence. Too make matters worse, there was other ladies in the back grinning at what she did. So you're running this business like it's a high school filled with mean girls? I have never felt so degraded by an employee before. Where's the humanity at this place? really rude to costumers and very entitled. girl who i spoke to acted like she had better things to be doing. please remove your workers that can't simply be nice, or don't expect costumers to want to return. note to the workers here: do not work in costumer service if you hate other humans.
