One of the best Pubs if not the best in the outskirts of Perugia with a Restaurant quality cuisine. Long term spot famous for their "Stinco Ubriaco" (Pork Shank) that for many years held up the glory of the place, as recently they introduced awesome dishes like their special Carbonara Pasta tossed on a real Parmesan cheese wheel right before served. If you go there and try their dishes you won't be disappointed. Recommended!!!
