I’m Belgian and I found this restaurant completely by chance during my stay in Rome. As they say, sometimes luck leads you to the best places! This was simply the best restaurant I visited in Rome. The cuisine is surprising, authentic, natural, and full of incredible flavors. Every dish was a wonderful discovery. The place itself has an amazing charm and a warm atmosphere that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Honestly, I could come back to Rome just for this restaurant alone. An exceptional place that I recommend without hesitation! Price per person: €70–80

A wonderful place for a date night. We had the tasting menu and they were able to cater to our pescatarian diet. The food was amazing. The staff were great and attentive. English is spoken but if you know Italian, it would be helpful. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Minimal distractions around you. I would highly recommend. Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly. Some vegan options. We are pescatarian and had plenty of options. Dietary restrictions: We don’t eat meat and were able to find plenty to eat.

Rome, February 2026 Behrooz and I came to Rome expecting history. What we found was a pulse. On our last night, hidden in a quiet residential street, we discovered Notramè Bistrot— not through recommendation, not through rankings, not even through a map. It simply revealed itself to us. From the first glance at the doorway, we felt it: this would be the night. Four courses and two paring wines unfolded like a private performance. Wine chosen with intelligence and restraint by a young sommelier whose passion was contagious. A host whose presence turned service into seduction. Light, conversation, texture, aroma — every detail calibrated, yet effortlessly human. Rome is full of spectacle. This is something rarer. At Notramè Bistrot, you do not merely dine. You enter a moment suspended outside of time — where strangers become companions and the ordinary dissolves into beauty. Miss it, and you will still have visited Rome.
