I live in the Gracia neighborhood, and I haven't eaten there in years. I went because it was funny to a friend who was visiting... The experience was DISASTER! We ordered a mid-day menu (€14.50 / €16 on terrace) We chose Terrace because it was a nice day... There was 1 waiter for the entire terrace, which I thought was excessively little, since it took more than 20 minutes to set the table (tablecloths and cutlery), take our orders, bring the drinks and finally the first one (fideua) which was cold. Along with our starter, we asked for a plate of fries, which arrived with the seconds, and a plate of stew for the child, which never arrived... To drink, we asked for two beers, which they charged us separately, because "it wasn't in the price." the menu” the same thing happened when I ordered coffee instead of dessert: they also charged me separately, even though I didn't eat dessert. I had to ask for the bread because they never gave it to us. Lucky me that they didn't charge me separately too. Honestly, the worst of the worst combining service + quality of food. I won't come back even to have a drink. A separate issue are the pigeons that literally settle on the table to peck at your food... Sadly, a long-established bar in Gracia has become a business focused on tourists who will not return (they charge what any menu bar/restaurant would never charge you, for example, the beers as a drink on the menu and the coffee instead of dessert).
