The staff were helpful but the food was terrible. I ordered mutton steak but turn out to be barbeque mutton stick. The presentation is nice but taste like rubber band and no fragrant smell. The so call spicery fries was just a normal fries came with chillies sauce. The blue spanish porno cocktail taste like DOM. Good view of Mandalay City but Bar have not enough decoration and music was lousy. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Spectacular 360 views of Mandalay. The food was also really good! We will 100% be back. The only reason it can’t get 5 stars is the cocktails, avoid them. The orange and red one in the photo I posted was a “Whiskey Sour”, they were all FAR too sweet. I think with a bit of bar training this would be an epic place.
