My experience at Novecento Ristorante Pizzeria in Pisa, Italy, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment the food arrived, it was clear that every dish was prepared with care and passion. The flavours were fresh, authentic, and unforgettable, making it one of the best meals I have ever had. I would easily give the restaurant a five-star rating because every part of the meal exceeded my expectations. The pizza was cooked perfectly with a crispy, thin crust and topped with fresh ingredients that blended together beautifully. The tomato sauce was rich and full of flavour, while the mozzarella was creamy and delicious. Every bite tasted fresh and authentic. The pasta was equally impressive, cooked perfectly and covered in a rich, homemade sauce that was full of traditional Italian flavour. It was obvious that only high-quality ingredients were used. The desserts were just as incredible as the main meals. The tiramisu was light, creamy, and perfectly balanced, while the gelato was smooth, refreshing, and packed with flavour. It was the perfect way to finish such an amazing meal. The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant had a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Novecento Ristorante Pizzeria is a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Pisa. A super restaurant with imaginative menu choices, service was very friendly and the gnocchi was excellent. Great atmosphere, dining near the leaning tower late in the evening.
