We visited as a friend group of 4 to sing some karaoke at around 1am. The price for one hour was 60€ and each of us had to get an additional drink. We expected a fun and easy night but instead we were met with broken equipment and uncooperative service. 3 out of 4 microphones chronically didn't work and only one worker was competent enough to actually help us and try to fix it. We appreciated the efforts but it didn't help at all. In total we had to ask for a repair 3 separate times, mind you we just stayed for one hour. Our total price was more than 80€, which was really not worth it. Can't say anything regarding the food since we didn't get any. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We really wanted to go there and as Japanese we expected to get Japanese service. There is no way to contact them by phone and waiting hours for an email reply to get a price and to organize something is quite unprofessional. For a higher quality Karaoke, it‘s better to provide a certain standard. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
