Nuba Restaurant offers a modern and stylish dining atmosphere with sleek and comfortable interiors. The design of the space blends elegance with relaxation, creating a pleasant environment suitable for both casual dinners and social gatherings. The spacious layout and contemporary decor provide a comfortable setting, but during busy hours the experience can feel a bit rushed. The menu features a diverse selection of dishes at affordable prices, making it accessible without compromising on quality. The burger, served with crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and fried onions on a soft brioche bun, was satisfying and flavorful. Thick-cut fresh chips on the side were well-seasoned, and the fresh salad added a nice balance to the plate. The poke bowl with salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame was vibrant and fresh, topped with spicy mayo and black sesame seeds. The ingredients were well-prepared and tasted light yet fulfilling. The tacos stood out with its tender slow-cooked pork, pickled onions, and chipotle sauce, served on soft tortillas. The flavors were rich and well-executed. Mini beef sandwiches with caramelized onions and a creamy sauce were also enjoyable, with soft bread and juicy fillings that made for a hearty option. One downside was the nachos, which arrived burnt and left an unpleasant aftertaste. This was disappointing given the overall quality of the other dishes. Service was polite, but with only one staff member working the floor during peak hours of dinner, it was not as attentive as expected from a restaurant in a 4-star hotel. The server was clearly overwhelmed, which affected the overall experience. Despite the service hiccup, Nuba offers good value for money with its affordable pricing and well-crafted menu.
