very great ice cream shop. My classmates and I went here after doing a mock trial. when I got there it smelled so good and the atmosphere was so fun and colorful I had a double stuffed Oreo cookies and cream with a waffle cone. overall it was a great place would recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My experience at Nuggs Ice Cream was extremely disappointing. While ordering a chocolate milkshake, I was met with an uncomfortable atmosphere. As the lady prepared my shake, she called for someone named Summer from the back room, who then took my payment, while a guy just stared at us from afar. No one bothered to smile or make us feel welcome. This lack of basic customer service made it the most uncomfortable experience I've had at any restaurant or business in Denver. I have no intention of returning or recommending this establishment, and it seems they couldn't care less about how customers are treated. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
