Epic!! A really lovely bar with a casual and approachable vibe. I appreciated the patience with my lack of Japanese and found the prices to be very fair. Numbar is on level 4 and didn’t pop up on my Google search for a whisky bar but was glad I saw the sign when walking past. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Service: 5
