I had a very disappointing experience at Number One. As I was about to enter, the door was closed. The security guard opened it and told us the venue was full. My friend and I stepped away as we believed him and respected that, but just moments later, four other people did exactly the same thing and were allowed inside. When I went back to ask why we were being treated differently, the security guard became aggressive and started threatening both me and the person I was with. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he said he could let in whoever he wanted and spoke to us in a very disrespectful and condescending manner. He also told me that I could call the police if I wanted because nobody could do anything to him, and he acted as if he was above any rules. This kind of behavior from someone responsible is completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this incident seriously. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
