My husband and I spent 4 days at the wonderful, Springhill Quito Airport Hotel last week. This restaurant was less than 3 blocks walking distance for us. The atmosphere is intimate and lovely, the service was very good, the young lady who works there speaks great English and is very personable. We actually ate two of our four dinners here. The Lasagna was the best we have ever had! I had the Shrimp Lasagna and my husband had the meat Lasagna. While the portions are so large two could share one meal, we thoroughly enjoyed both entrees! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is!!! What a treasure this restaurant and staff are- don't miss it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the pleasure of speaking with Alia, who shared the inspiring story behind the restaurant. Nuna is proudly led by women from its owners and chefs to its logistics team. Their passion, professionalism, and attention to detail are reflected in every aspect of the experience. One of the things that impressed me the most was how well they cater to international guests. Alia speaks several languages, and her English is outstanding. something I rarely encountered elsewhere in the area. Her ability to connect with visitors from around the world adds a truly special touch and makes every guest feel welcome. For my meal, I chose the chicken with mushroom sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and beautifully presented, every bite reflected care, skill, and a genuine love for cooking. Nuna is far more than just a restaurant. It is a place where exceptional food, heartfelt hospitality, and inspiring female leadership come together to create an unforgettable experience.
