I wish I could give this place -1 star instead of 1. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First, the music was extremely loud and completely unsuitable for the atmosphere. We asked multiple times for the volume to be lowered, but no one responded or took any action. The table arrangement also felt very crowded and scattered, giving the restaurant more of a commercial feel rather than a comfortable dining experience. On top of that, basic dining essentials were missing — no napkins were provided and there were no small plates for the bread. To make matters worse, our drinks were not served despite reminding the staff several times. What was supposed to be a nice family gathering turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
