Here is a reminder of the rules from our regulation that your group ignored, which led to your immediate removal: Zero Tolerance: The venue applies absolute zero tolerance for inappropriate and harassing behavior toward customers and staff. Protection of Women: Following harassment complaints from one of our female customers, security promptly intervened to remove those responsible.

We’re sorry that your evening took this turn and understand your frustration. However, we feel it’s important to clarify why you were asked to leave: you were found smoking inside (against our rules) and appeared visibly intoxicated, to the point that even your friend was clearly upset with your behavior. Our security intervened to maintain a safe environment for all guests. We regret that you perceived their actions as aggressive; our staff is trained to uphold everyone’s safety without resorting to intimidation. Still, when someone violates our policies and creates discomfort for others, we must step in. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve, but we also trust our team to handle situations where guests put themselves or others at risk. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
