We found this wonderful Little restaurant at random and became so surprised by the food and the waiter. All the dishes were amazing and on Michelin level. But the tartare was the showstopper. I even dreamt about later that night. The whole experience at Nuré has that rare, electric feeling of discovering a great rock band in a tiny club right before everyone else catches on and the tickets get expensive. The rösti was a perfectly modernized version of the Alpine classic - crisp, creamy, and herbal, along with being beautifully presented. The duck and lamb were both impeccably cooked and beautifully sauced, the kind of precise, confident kitchen work that reads as effortless but still perfect. Nuré’s stylish, intimate, three-table room is turning out Michelin-caliber cooking without the pretense. Service is warm, attentive, and genuinely personal. The restaurant is, without question, one of Zagreb’s and in turn, Croatia’s best dining experiences. Price per person: €40–45 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
