Generally rather uneventful shopping excursions here at Loblaws because typically staff are not that friendly or helpful! However today I had the good fortune to run into one very amazing staff member (Mahesh). He was incredibly helpful, polite and genuine. He has totally and single handedly changed my opinion of this place. Loblaws..this guy is your best ambassador!! Hang on to and promote this young man….he is totally what great customer service should be. He rocks!!! IMPRESSIVE!!!

Loblaws Carlton Street is quite impressive. It's hard to take the historic building of Maple Leaf Gardens and turn it into a supermarket while still somehow respecting the building's legacy. There is a smaller arena for the Toronto Metropolitan University hockey team in this building next to the supermarket.
