Love Nutrition Perfection. I am both a frequent visitor but also a proud member of its community. Frequent workouts 3 times a week with a great group of people and so supportive. If you are looking to not only lose weight but also really looking to connect with like-minded people, NP is the place to go!

Elli is the best! Shakes are delicious and the much healthier alternative to junk food when you're craving something sweet, but need to watch what you eat! #gomintchip!!!
