Appalling customer service. Placed take out order by phone. Asked partner to collect on way home. We were over charged by £10 and 1 side was missing so £15 in total. Rang to make them aware and was asked to come back. Went back after finishing eating and was ridiculed in front of other customers as though we were only returning for the missing side. No apology and no money offered for the over charge. Avoid this place as they have total disregard for their customers and after acknowledging the over charge on phone sort to totally avoid giving the money back. Food: 1 Service: 1
