I visited Nyla’s yesterday to celebrate a friend’s birthday and booked the bottomless brunch experience. While there were some positives, unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the £40 price point. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured we were looked after throughout our visit. The service was genuinely the highlight of the experience, and I have no complaints in this regard. However, the food was disappointing. I paid an additional £5 to upgrade to the steak option, expecting a noticeable improvement in quality. Unfortunately, the steak did not justify the additional cost and felt more like something you would purchase from a budget frozen food retailer rather than a premium brunch upgrade. Similarly, my friends chose the two small plates option, which included fries as part of the selection. Unfortunately, the quality of these dishes was also underwhelming. The food felt very basic and lacked the freshness and quality you would expect from a £40 bottomless brunch experience. Overall, the food gave the impression of mass-produced frozen products rather than freshly prepared dishes, which was disappointing considering the price paid. The bottomless drinks were also inconsistent. Whilst the Prosecco was enjoyable, the cocktails were disappointing. The pornstar martinis tasted very watered down and lacked flavour, and the same applied to the rum punch. Given that the drinks are a major part of the bottomless brunch experience, this impacted our overall enjoyment. Finally, the music was excessively loud throughout our visit. Whilst I understand the intention was to create a lively atmosphere, the volume made it extremely difficult for our group to hold conversations and enjoy the social aspect of celebrating a birthday together. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff was the saving grace of our visit. However, the quality of the food and cocktails did not align with the expectations associated with a £40 brunch experience. With improvements to the food quality, cocktail consistency, and music volume, Nyla’s could offer a much better overall experience. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Had a great experience at Nyla’s Leeds. The atmosphere was lovely, and the team were welcoming and attentive. My son’s favourite part was the selection of board games available to play while waiting for food. It was a fantastic touch that made the visit even more enjoyable for families.
