The O Capitaine is located in Bern's "Breitsch" and offers not only indoor seating but also outdoor seating. It was busy on a Friday evening and I had made a reservation for two by phone. We could sit outside. The seating is a bit tight, but you can still have a conversation. The tapas are tasty and have a modern touch. The portions are reasonable. We paid 80 francs for 4 tapas plates, without dessert and with wine. Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
