As a Chinese, I was shocked to have tasted such a great fried rice in a Peruvian-Galician restaurant, the beef is also amazing. The 镬气/wok hei of the rice dish is even much better than the ones in many of the modern restaurants in China, really reminds me of the taste from the childhood, thanks chef.
