I called Osake Al Forno branch at 6:30 PM and after calling them 7 times, they finally picked up and took my order. They told me the delivery would take an hour and a half. After waiting for two full hours, they called me back just to say, “Sorry, we don’t have a driver to deliver your order.” Honestly, I’ve never experienced such poor service in my life. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never order from them again. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
