Amazing service from Deniz! He was welcoming, helpful, and very professional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made my experience at Oakberry outstanding. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stand out. Highly recommended!

0.01/5 This was by far the worst experience I've had at an Oakberry location. From the moment I entered the store, the employee, Wilson, did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Throughout the ordering process, he seemed unwilling to help and came across as annoyed that I was placing an order. What made the experience even worse was his tone of voice. Every time he spoke to me or asked a question, he raised his voice to the point that it felt like he was shouting rather than simply assisting a customer. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately neither was present during my visit. I came in expecting a pleasant experience, but left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Because of this interaction, I do not plan to return to this branch, and it has made me reconsider visiting Oakberry in the future. I hope management addresses customer service standards so other customers do not have a similar experience.

It is a well established entity, however the employee is the worst part of it, unhelpful, too stiff It does give a bad vibe and never come to this branch. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
