We arrived right before 12. Our server was pleasant and prompt. Our rolls and drinks were refilled promptly. Food arrived after about 20-25 minutes of waiting. From there things dwindled. I ordered fish and chips. My fry’s were undercooked and fish was overcooked. My husbands pasta was also cold. She was prompt clearing my son’s plate but even after we ordered desserts the rest of us had dirty plates in front of us. It took about 15 minutes to get our deserts and despite the menu saying the chocolate pie was “chilled” it is actually frozen. I questioned her and she said that is how it is served. Needless to say I didn’t eat that. It took about 15minues to pay the check and get our change. I understand things getting busy but 90 minutes for lunch when the restaurant was empty upon arrival is excessive.
