I have never seen a restaurant decline like O'Charley's has. It used to be so good there was always a wait. Now it's nearly empty and I understand why. We ordered the burgers and fries that were on special. For a restaurant like O'Charley's to serve such low quality meat is inexcusable. The burgers were frozen patties, the grey meat that doesn't brown when cooked. Service was good. Cannot recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
