Thank you for your request. First of all, we would like to draw attention to the fact that we only sell fuel of the highest European quality standards, Euro-5, which is produced at modern oil refineries in Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, etc. It undergoes three-stage control - at the entrance and exit from the oil depot and directly at the gas station. So you can be sure that when you buy fuel from OKKO, you will get a proven quality product. The price of our fuel depends significantly on quotations on the world market of oil and oil products and on the exchange rate. The tax burden is also a significant component of the price. If you have any complaints about the quality of the fuel we refuel with, please register a complaint at the hotline number 0 800 501 101 or report the details to okko_reviews@gng.com.ua, leave your contact phone number, Fishka card number, and as well as the exact date and time of refueling. We will be grateful for feedback. And you can save money by using the card of our Fishka loyalty program when paying - so part of the paid amount will be returned to your account as points. We hope that over time your opinion will change for the better. We look forward to seeing you again at OKKO.More

Good day! Thank you for your feedback. Every guest's opinion is important to us. We are waiting for you again! Sincerely, "OKKO" gas station chain
