First time at Krog Street Market. Was there for Sunday lunch. I’m always ready for a good Cuban sandwich. Olé did not have a wait. I ordered a Cuban sandwich with maduros. My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich with black beans & rice. We shared our sides. It came with a creamy, lime sauce that was nice & bright. My husband used it on his sandwich but I’m a purist & ate it as is. Everything was made to order: hot & fresh. It tasted exactly how I expect: delicious. The maduros were on the bigger side and slightly more on the firmer side (my favorite is a little more soft with a crisp edge). The person taking our order was friendly. The offered drinks were canned Coke products & generic bottled water. Walked down a couple shops to grab a couple cold Mexican Cokes in bottles. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I love this place. The juice is always fresh and delicious. Today I had a Cuban rice bowl with chicken (pollo) and it was delicious! I was afraid it would be spicy, but it wasn’t. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful, and it came with a side of avocado crema that made the meal even better. I ate it all before I decided to do a review so I don’t have a picture of the food Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
